Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
1.1 These terms apply to all contracts for the sale of goods between Hainan New Li-Dream Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") and our customers ("you") that are concluded through lidream.com or through the quotes we send following a request made on lidream.com, by email, WhatsApp or WeChat.
1.2 They apply to consumers and to business customers. A consumer is a person who buys for purposes that are mainly outside their trade, business or profession. A business customer is a company or person who buys for their trade, business or profession. Some provisions apply only to consumers or only to business customers; this is stated where relevant.
1.3 Terms and conditions of business customers do not apply, even if we do not expressly object to them.
2. Seller
Hainan New Li-Dream Technology Co., Ltd., People's Republic of China. Full company details are in our Imprint. Contact: [email protected], Tel / WeChat +86 15674824355, WhatsApp +86 18975173976.
3. How a contract is concluded
3.1 Product presentation. The products and prices shown on lidream.com are not a binding offer. They are an invitation to request a quote.
3.2 Request Order. You can add products to the cart and send us a Request Order with your contact and delivery details. Before sending it, you can review your cart and your details and correct any mistakes. A Request Order is a non-binding request for a quote; it does not create any obligation to pay. We confirm receipt by email with an order number. This confirmation is not an acceptance.
3.3 Our quote. We then send you a quote by email. It states the products, the price of the goods, the shipping costs, the delivery terms (DAP or DDP, see section 4), the taxes and import charges included or expected, the estimated delivery time, the payment details and how long the quote is valid. Our quote is our binding offer to you. It is valid for 7 days unless the quote states a different period.
3.4 Acceptance by payment. You accept our offer by paying the total amount of our invoice within the validity period of the quote. The contract is concluded when you make this payment. We confirm receipt of your payment by email. If you do not pay, no contract is concluded and you owe us nothing.
3.5 Contract language and contract text. The contract language is English. You receive your Request Order, our quote including these terms and our payment confirmation by email. You can also see your order and its status through the link in your order confirmation email.
4. Prices, shipping costs and import charges
4.1 Prices on lidream.com are in euros and cover the goods only. They do not include international shipping, import VAT, customs duties or customs clearance fees, because we ship from China and these costs depend on the destination, the size and weight of the shipment and the delivery terms.
4.2 Our quote states the total price you pay us, broken down into the price of the goods and the shipping costs, and states the delivery terms:
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): the quote includes import VAT and customs duties. You pay nothing more on delivery.
- DAP (Delivered At Place): the quote includes shipping to your address. Import VAT, customs duties and the carrier's clearance fee are not included and are paid by you to the carrier or the customs authority on import. The quote gives an estimate of these charges.
4.3 Where we show a brand's official EU price, it is labelled as such. It is the price including VAT published by the brand in its official EU online store for the same product at the time of our last check, and it may include delivery. Our prices on lidream.com do not include import VAT, customs duties or shipping, so the two prices are not calculated on the same basis. The total price of your order is stated in our quote. How we compare prices: Available on request — contact [email protected]
4.4 We do not charge any fee for the payment methods we offer.
5. Payment
5.1 We accept payment by PayPal invoice and by bank transfer. There is no online payment on lidream.com.
5.2 Payment is due in advance. We ship after we have received your payment in full.
5.3 We send payment details only together with your quote: by email from [email protected], or as a PayPal invoice that refers to your order number. We will never ask you by phone or chat to pay to a different account. If you receive different payment details, please contact us before paying.
6. Delivery
6.1 We ship from China to the delivery address stated in the quote. We deliver to the European countries that can be selected in the Request Order form: the 27 member states of the European Union, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Because products with lithium batteries are dangerous goods, delivery to some islands, remote areas and P.O. boxes may not be possible; we will tell you in the quote.
6.2 The estimated delivery time is stated in the quote. It is usually 10–25 business days from receipt of payment. Details are in our Shipping Information.
6.3 We sell only the EU versions of our products: they come with EU plugs and AC outlets and are designed for the 230 V grid. The exact plug and socket type of each model is stated by its manufacturer.
6.4 If a product is not available after you have paid, we will inform you without delay and refund any payment for that product immediately.
7. Passing of risk
7.1 For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes to you when the goods are handed over to you or to a person you have named to receive them.
7.2 For business customers, the risk passes as provided by the Incoterms® rule stated in the quote (for DAP and DDP: when the goods are made available to you at the named place of delivery).
8. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.
9. Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal as follows. Information on how to return goods in practice is in our Returns Policy.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods in one order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Hainan New Li-Dream Technology Co., Ltd., attn. Forina, postal address as stated in our Imprint, email: [email protected], telephone: +86 15674824355) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online on the status page of your order, using the button "Withdraw from contract here" (the link to your order page is in the order confirmation email we send you). If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, at the return address stated in the return instructions we send you after you have told us of your withdrawal, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Products containing lithium batteries are dangerous goods and cannot normally be returned by post. The cost of returning them depends on the size and weight of the products and on the country you return them from; the estimated maximum cost of returning the products in your order is stated in your quote, before you accept it.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods which are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised, such as custom battery packs or products made with your own branding.
Import charges paid by you
If you withdraw, we reimburse the price of the goods and the standard delivery costs as set out above. If you paid import VAT, customs duties or clearance fees directly to the carrier or the customs authority (DAP delivery), these amounts were not paid to us. Where we can reclaim them from the customs authority, we reimburse them to you; otherwise we give you the documents you need to reclaim them from the customs authority yourself. Import VAT and duties included in a DDP price were paid to us and are reimbursed with the price.

10. Legal guarantee (statutory rights for defects)
10.1 The statutory rights for defects (legal guarantee of conformity) apply. As a consumer in the EU you are entitled to goods that are in conformity with the contract. We are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within at least two years from delivery (longer in some countries, for example three years in Spain, Portugal and Sweden). If a defect becomes apparent within one year of delivery (longer in some countries), it is presumed to have existed at delivery.
10.2 If a product is defective, please email us with your order number, a description of the problem and photos or a short video. You can choose between repair and replacement, unless the remedy you choose is impossible or would impose costs on us that are disproportionate compared with the other remedy. If the goods cannot be brought into conformity, or we do not do so within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a price reduction or to terminate the contract and receive a refund, as provided by law. For justified claims, we bear the costs of transport to and from the repair or replacement location.
10.3 If the goods are repaired to bring them into conformity, the period during which we are liable for a lack of conformity is extended by 12 months. This extension applies once; the law of your country may provide for a longer extension. Before we provide a remedy, we will remind you of your right to choose between repair and replacement and of this extension.
10.4 For damage that is visible on delivery, please also see section 5 of our Returns Policy. Telling us quickly helps us claim against the carrier. Your statutory rights do not depend on it.
10.5 The harmonised notice on the legal guarantee of conformity, in the form laid down by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1960, summarises these rights. It is shown on our product pages, on the Request Order page and in our quotes.
11. Manufacturer's warranty
We are an authorised distributor of the brands we sell. The brand's manufacturer's warranty (commercial guarantee) therefore applies to the products you buy from us in the EU, in addition to your statutory rights under section 10. Its scope and duration are set by the brand's own warranty terms, which are referenced on the product page or in the product documentation. Warranty claims are handled through us: email us with your order number and a description of the problem, and we process the claim with the brand for you. A manufacturer's warranty does not limit your statutory rights against us under section 10.
12. Liability
12.1 We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under product liability law, and where we have given a guarantee.
12.2 In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of an obligation that is essential for the proper performance of the contract and on which you may regularly rely. In that case our liability is limited to the damage that was foreseeable and typical for this type of contract when the contract was concluded.
12.3 Otherwise, our liability is excluded. The limitations in this section also apply to our employees and agents. Mandatory statutory rights of consumers are not affected.
13. Additional provisions for business customers
13.1 Business customers have no statutory right of withdrawal.
13.2 Please inspect the goods on delivery and report any defects in writing without undue delay.
13.3 For business customers, the limitation period for claims for defects is 12 months from delivery. This does not apply to claims under section 12.1 or where the law mandatorily provides a longer period.
13.4 For wholesale, OEM and ODM orders, the individual quote or supply agreement takes precedence over these terms. See our B2B & OEM page.
14. Governing law and place of jurisdiction
14.1 Law governing these terms and all contracts with us: Available on request — contact [email protected]. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
14.2 If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you have your habitual residence. As a consumer living in the EU, you can bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
14.3 Place of jurisdiction for business customers: Available on request — contact [email protected].
15. Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If you have a complaint, please email us at [email protected]; we will try to find a solution with you.
16. Final provisions
16.1 The version of these terms that applies to your contract is the one in force when we send you the quote.
16.2 If any provision of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
This English version is the binding version. Translations are provided for convenience.
