No. Prices on our website cover the product only. Your quote shows the shipping costs and whether delivery is DDP (import VAT and duties included) or DAP (you pay them on import, with an estimate in the quote).

We ship directly from China. Delivery usually takes 10–25 business days from payment. The estimate for your order is stated in your quote, and you receive a tracking number when the parcel leaves.

As a consumer in the EU, you have the legal guarantee of conformity for at least two years from delivery (longer in some countries), and you can choose between repair and replacement of a defective product. As an authorised distributor, we sell products that are covered by the brand's manufacturer's warranty, which applies in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit them. Warranty claims are handled through us: email us with your order number and we process the claim with the brand. See section 11 of our Terms and Conditions.

Yes. We sell only EU versions with EU plugs and AC outlets, designed for the 230 V grid.

Consumers can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Because lithium batteries are dangerous goods, return shipping costs more than an ordinary parcel; the estimated cost is stated in your quote. See our returns policy for details.

By PayPal invoice or bank transfer, after you receive our quote. There is no online payment on the website, and we ship after your payment has arrived.

Yes. We send you an invoice with your quote by email. Business customers can add their company name and VAT number to the Request Order message so we can include them on the invoice.

Power stations and extra batteries contain lithium-ion batteries, which are transported as Class 9 dangerous goods (UN3480 or UN3481). The labels are required by law. Your station may arrive partly charged; charge it fully before first use.
