Frequently asked questions

How does ordering work?

Add products to your cart and send a Request Order. You receive an order number by email. We then send you a quote with the total price including shipping and the delivery terms. The order becomes binding only when you pay the quote.

Are shipping, import VAT and customs duties included in the price?

No. Prices on our website cover the product only. Your quote shows the shipping costs and whether delivery is DDP (import VAT and duties included) or DAP (you pay them on import, with an estimate in the quote).

How long does delivery take?

We ship directly from China. Delivery usually takes 10–25 business days from payment. The estimate for your order is stated in your quote, and you receive a tracking number when the parcel leaves.

What warranty do I get?

As a consumer in the EU, you have the legal guarantee of conformity for at least two years from delivery (longer in some countries), and you can choose between repair and replacement of a defective product. As an authorised distributor, we sell products that are covered by the brand's manufacturer's warranty, which applies in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit them. Warranty claims are handled through us: email us with your order number and we process the claim with the brand. See section 11 of our Terms and Conditions.

Will it work with European sockets?

Yes. We sell only EU versions with EU plugs and AC outlets, designed for the 230 V grid.

Can I return a product?

Consumers can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Because lithium batteries are dangerous goods, return shipping costs more than an ordinary parcel; the estimated cost is stated in your quote. See our returns policy for details.

How can I pay?

By PayPal invoice or bank transfer, after you receive our quote. There is no online payment on the website, and we ship after your payment has arrived.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes. We send you an invoice with your quote by email. Business customers can add their company name and VAT number to the Request Order message so we can include them on the invoice.

Why does the parcel carry dangerous goods labels?

Power stations and extra batteries contain lithium-ion batteries, which are transported as Class 9 dangerous goods (UN3480 or UN3481). The labels are required by law. Your station may arrive partly charged; charge it fully before first use.

Shipping & returns

  • Ships directly from China; delivery usually takes 10–25 business days.
  • Prices exclude shipping, import VAT and customs duties. Your quote shows the total and whether delivery is DAP or DDP.
  • Lithium batteries travel as Class 9 dangerous goods with approved carriers.
  • 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers; return shipping is paid by the customer and its estimated cost is stated in the quote.
  • Report transport damage within 48 hours with photos; your statutory rights are not affected.
